  7.   An Internet mailing list has been setup to aid in distributing The Hack
  8.   Report to people who have an Internet address, but do not have access to
  9.   the latest copy of The Hack Report via FTP or any other means.  Every
  10.   month, as soon as I get it, The Hack Report will be UUENCODED and sent
  11.   out to each person on the mailing list.  Please note that there are
  12.   limited resources both here on my system and on the UUCP links between my
  13.   system and the Internet.  If you can get The Hack Report from another
  14.   source, please try to do so.
